Here I am now. Aged 44, with two businesses “and problematic chin hair,” as my dear friend Jenn would say, to impress upon others her stage of life.

I experience the Divine on the daily now. I have cleaned up so many things that came between me and Divinity. I stopped drinking. I found a medication that reduces my anxiety. I did the work of untangling my self worth from generational trauma. I love myself completely now and believe I deserve to feel good and experience the Divine and the divine.

I have also cultivated practices that allow me to strengthen my relationship to Divinity. I want to help you do the same.

I remember clearly my grandmother telling me I should be a teacher for the school system for the benefits and pension. I also remember thinking, “will there even BE a pension when I retire?” And even if there was, was it worth all my years of suffering leading to that time?

Nope, it was not.

Let me tell you about my Paradigm Shifts and 20s regarding my LIVELIHOOD.

In February of 2023, Kati and I booked ourselves a RECLAIM Retreat. We rented an absolutely adorable 2 bedroom cabin at Cumberland Mountain State Park for two nights. That place of respite and single-minded focus on RECLAIM was where we created the RECLAIM Life Wheel.

We realized that during those precious hours we had away from the world and our day to day responsibilities were our golden opportunity to create the bones of RECLAIM.

We discovered the framework on which our system is truly based.

I’ll never have the childhood I deserved (that we all deserve), but I’ve done a lot of work to simply become a whole-ass human who can function and thrive.

And that’s why we started RECLAIM. To teach others how to RECLAIM your birthright to feel supported, seen, important. To have ease in your life. To feel spontaneity and joy. To have a relationship with yourself and others that feeds your spirit.

RECLAIM is unearthing yourself. It’s reparenting, rediscovering who you are at your core and what you need to thrive. It’s investing in and making room for your relationship with yourself, filling your cup so that you give from your surplus.
